Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Utsvio collects through utsvio.in, WhatsApp, phone and email, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, company name and GSTIN, city, event or delivery details, and anything you write in a form or message.
  • Files you upload: logos, photos and designs for your order, and photos of a wall or screen for a quote.
  • Order and payment records: what you ordered, amounts, and invoices. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner, not by us.
  • Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and send quotes, proofs and order updates, including on WhatsApp.
  • To produce, deliver, install and support your order or rental.
  • To issue invoices and keep records required by law, including tax records.
  • To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
  • To send occasional offers, only if you agree. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to serve you, with:

  • Our website host and email provider, which store our website and emails.
  • Our payment partner, to process payments.
  • Courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order.
  • Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. If we add website analytics, we will update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 2 years so we can help with repeat orders, and order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Uploaded files are deleted when no longer needed for your order.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update it.
  • Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.

To make a request or raise a concern, contact us using the details below. We will reply within 7 working days.

Security

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries and files is limited to the people who handle your order.
