Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order, quote, rental and service from Utsvio (“we”, “us”), a business based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and to your use of utsvio.in. By placing an order or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and prices

  • Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Your final price is the one in your written quote.
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the quote says otherwise, and depend on material availability.
  • Taxes, transport outside our service area, and any extras you request are shown separately in your quote.

2. Orders, proofs and approval

  • Customized products are made to order. We send a design proof on WhatsApp or email, and start production only after you approve it in writing.
  • Please check spelling, logos, colours and quantities carefully in the proof. We are not responsible for errors in a proof you have approved.
  • Colours on screen can differ slightly from printed colours, and handmade or engraved items can vary slightly from piece to piece.
  • Delivery dates in your quote start from the date of proof approval and payment of the advance.

3. Your content

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, photo, name and design you send us.
  • We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
  • With your permission only, we may show photos of finished work in our portfolio. Tell us if you prefer we do not.

4. Payments

  • Orders and bookings are confirmed with an advance payment, as stated in your quote. The balance is due before dispatch or, for rentals and installations, as stated in your quote.
  • Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or bank details.
  • For business orders, we issue an invoice in your company name, with your GSTIN if you provide it.

5. LED screen rentals

  • The rent includes delivery, setup, an operator during the booked time, and pickup within our service area, as stated in your quote.
  • You are responsible for providing safe access to the site, a suitable place to mount the screen, and a stable power supply at the time agreed.
  • Only our operator may handle the screen and its controls. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse, by your guests, or by exposure you asked for against our advice.
  • We may pause or stop the screen if weather or site conditions become unsafe. This is not a cancellation by us.
  • You are responsible for the content you ask us to show, including any permissions needed for broadcasts and public events.

6. LED displays and installation

  • Sizes, specifications and installation work are as stated in your quote, confirmed after the site visit.
  • Warranty terms for each display are stated in your quote. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage from improper use, power surges, or repairs by others.
  • Annual maintenance (AMC) covers the services listed in your AMC agreement.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Delivery follows our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business or profit, or for delays caused by events outside our control, including extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions, or power failures.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
