Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

  • Raipur: local delivery by our team or a delivery partner.
  • Rest of Chhattisgarh and India: by courier, with tracking shared on WhatsApp.
  • LED rentals and installations: delivered and installed by our team in Raipur, Naya Raipur, Bhilai, Durg, Arang, Abhanpur, Tilda, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Rajnandgaon and Bilaspur. Other locations on request, with transport charged extra.

Processing time

Customized products are made after you approve the proof and pay the advance. Most orders are ready in 3 to 7 working days. Bulk and corporate orders get a confirmed date in the quote. If you need an item by a certain date, tell us before you order.

Delivery time and charges

  • Raipur: usually within 1 to 2 working days after the order is ready.
  • Other cities in India: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier and location.
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your quote or at checkout.

Delays and damage

  • Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or remote locations are outside our control, but we will follow up with the courier for you.
  • If a parcel arrives damaged, please take photos before opening it fully and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct. Extra delivery attempts because of a wrong address may be charged.
