Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Most Utsvio products are personalized and made to order for you. Please read this policy before you approve your proof.

Customized and personalized products

  • Products made with your name, photo, logo or design cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, because they cannot be resold.
  • We will replace the item or refund you if it arrives damaged, is defective, or is different from the proof you approved.
  • To claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and an unboxing video if possible. Please keep the item and its packaging until we respond.

Cancelling a product order

  • Before you approve the proof: full refund of your advance.
  • After you approve the proof: production has started, so the advance covers materials and work already done and is not refundable. Any amount paid beyond the work done is refunded.
  • Changes after proof approval may be possible for an extra charge, if production allows.

LED screen rentals

  • 7 days or more before the event: full refund of the booking advance.
  • 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% of the booking advance is refunded.
  • Less than 72 hours before the event: the booking advance is not refundable.
  • You can move your booking to another date once, free of charge, if the screen is available on the new date.
  • If we cannot provide the screen as booked, you get a full refund.

LED displays and installation

  • Displays are built or ordered to your size and specification. After you confirm the order and pay the advance, the advance is not refundable.
  • Faults covered by warranty are repaired or replaced as stated in your quote.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method, or by bank transfer or UPI for cash payments, within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
